Executive Chefs Club, Melbourne 2024

On Tuesday July 16th, 2024 some of Melbourne’s Executive Chefs attended a lively Modern interpretation of an Indigenous Ingredient Masterclass in the Comcater Kitchen Experience Centre.

Interviewed were some talented celebrity chefs, female chefs, as well as Executive Chefs with also some indigenous chef to talk about the opportunities for indigenous chefs in Hotels, Restaurants and Catering.

Chefs and guests also sampled local Mussels, Abalone, Duck, Humpty Doo Barra, Queensland King Prawns and Fremantle Octopus, Bakers Maison, Pepe Saya Butter and Spurrell Foraging’s Native ingredients discussion.

Among many talented Executive chefs were Guy Grossi, Bernd Uber, Adam D’Sylva, Markus Werner and Matthew McCartney who took part in an engaging discussion of what’s new from Purveyor’s and Comcater locally and Australia-wide.
